Standard warranty is for 1 year. Whereas in some case it can be replaced with new device too. Subject to case to case basis.

All the Products are supplied with installation / user manual and service manual with the unit itself. If you lost then you can email to customer support for email PDF Version for same.

Pre-Ordering item means order processed in advance before product launch. for instant delivery with first batch of unit.
